In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, we offer a strict 14-day return window:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the hygienic seal completely unbroken and untampered with.
Items returned with a broken, cut, or tampered hygienic seal are completely non-returnable and non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
30-Day Faulty or Damaged Goods Policy
If your item arrives damaged or develops a genuine manufacturing fault, you are fully protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
To process a faulty claim, please email us at your customer support email address and include your Order Number and a clear video showing the fault or damage in action.
Once our team verifies the video and approves the claim, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
