Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days in discreet, unbranded packaging — your privacy is our priority. We offer standard and express delivery options across the UK, with international shipping available to selected countries.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Our 14-Day Hygiene Seal Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns on items where the hygiene seal remains fully intact and unopened. If your item arrives with the seal broken or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The hygiene seal must be unbroken
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date

How to Request a Return

Please email us at hello@happyvibesonly.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
